Homemade Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

I love chips. I love the saltiness. I love the crunch. I love that they’re the perfect side to a sandwich.
However, I try not to eat chips on a regular basis because, let’s face it, store bought chips don’t exactly help me stay in tune with my health and fitness goals. Therefore, I decided to make my own, healthier version. Enjoy!

Ginger Scallion Sauce Recipe

Asian cuisines are one of my favorite types of cuisine. I’ve often ordered meals with ginger scallion sauces and decided that I would try to make my own copycat recipe. This recipe only requires 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Plus, you can use this delicious sauce on just about anything, seriously! I LOVE this sauce on fish, chicken, even eggs. A little bit goes a long, scrumptious way. :)

The Liebster Award

About a week ago, I got a notification that I was nominated for a “Liebster Award.” What exactly is a Libster Award you ask? The word “liebster” is a German word meaning “favorite.” Once you are nominated, you have an opportunity to nominate others for the award as well. This award is a way to share our favorite blogs with others in order to inspire each other, discover new blogs, as well as learn a little bit more about each other! Check out my responses to Be Paleo and Thrive’s questions!

This is a recipe that I made quite often on the weekends. It’s very easy to make, healthy, and tastes delicious! You can switch it up and make the frittata with other veggies as well, but the mushrooms and spinach happen to be my favorite.   Feel free to use a lot of spinach.  It […]

Clean Coconut Crusted Chicken Recipe

Coconut shrimp is one of my favorite appetizers.  The other day I had a random strong craving for it, but was too lazy to go to the store to buy shrimp to experiment. So I settled for coconut crusted chicken instead.  I eventually plan to try and create a clean recipe coconut shrimp in the […]
